6. Gutter system reconstruction / niche renovation
In this case the job involved modifications to the gutter and repairs to the balcony surface. The left gutter leading water to the balcony was eliminated. An additional gutter was installed in order to properly collect rainwater from the roof. Obviously, the balcony outlet was left in order to provide for water falling on the balcony during major, wind-driven rainstorms. The entire leader directing water into the ground was repaired. On the other balcony a niche was renovated. Green lichens were removed, old plaster removed. The new cement/calcareous surface was done.
